How does it work?
Just click on an interactive map to precisely pinpoint and describe the non-emergency issue, such as a pothole, downed power line or clogged sewer. Anyone can then click on the issue to indicate their agreement with the request, make additional comments, follow the issue, or share their concern with fellow citizens.
SeeClickFix is a new web and smartphone application that allows any individual within District E to report non-emergency problems such as graffiti and potholes as well as request public facilities such as sidewalks or stop signs. The application will also allow our office, city staff, and citizens to track these issues and more efficiently and accurately respond with the appropriate resources.
When issues are reported via web or smartphone within District E, our office is alerted by email so that a response can be accurately and efficiently coordinated with city staff and tracked to ensure satisfactory resolution.
